SHARE THE DREAM / MHC Campaign For A Healthy Future

The Challenge:
The present clinic-an early-1960's adobe structure with an addition in 2001 - is only 17,000 square feet. It is strained to the limit.

The Solution:
A new 74,656-sqft.expandable, tri-level facility on 7 acres of a 26-acre site west of the Marana Municipal Complex. The first of the three-phase project should enable service to 50,000-plus client/patients making 150,000 visits each year!

The Cost:
A minimum $3-million of the $20-million project will come from a community-wide capital campaign. The other funding sources are:
Recent years operating surpluses at MHC-$3,700,000
Pima County bond funding sought - $4,000,000 (Tabled until bond election)
U.S. Dept of Ag loan assistance- $10,300,000
Awarded April 2010 -$9.93 million loan from U.S. Dept of Agriculture

Like those visionaries of decades ago, we see a similar, but different strong need for action NOW! Please give warm, caring consideration to being a passionate supporter and help build the new Marana Health Center helping Generations to come!
