Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm MHC Dental Facility MHC Healthcare has a state of the art dental facility. All dental charting is done electronically and allows the patient to see his/her work being done as the dentist explains the procedure being performed. MHC not only has a certified dentist on staff but a dental hygienist as well. We Accept Most Major Dental Coverage’s If you have no dental coverage MHC Healthcare offers a sliding fee scale. You may be eligible for sliding fee scale if you are an adult on AHCCCS and receive medical services through MHC Healthcare. AHCCCS will only cover you in the event of an emergency, therefore you would be considered underinsured. When you set up your dental appointment you will also be scheduled with the eligibility worker to be screened for the sliding fee scale program. You will need to bring with you proof of income, proof of address and know SSN for all household members.
