They will ask you to update your personal information or to fill out new patient paperwork. (If you have not been to the MHC Healthcare as a medical patient in three (3) year's time you are considered a new patient). If you have a co-pay you will be asked to pay that when signing in. Filling out all paperwork to the best of your knowledge enables us to serve you efficiently. You can decrease your chances of missed appointments or undeliverable mail if you let the receptionist know if you have had any changes. When your appointment has been completed and you are ready to check out, you will be greeted by our check out/cashier person. They will collect any co-pay that was not collected prior to your visit or total your visit for that day if you are responsible for any charges. If you need to schedule an appointment please let the check out person know this so they may do so upon checking you out. Our Operator can direct you to any one of our 5 departments such as, Behavioral Health Services, Dental Services, Medical Services, Nutrition Services, and Pharmacy Services. When you call the MHC Healthcare you will be asked how we may direct your call. Please state what department may best answer your questions or help you with your needs. We are always glad to get your call and will assist you in anyway we can. The front office staff at the MHC Healthcare believes in dedication to our patients and will start and end your visit here with a smile. Hospital Facilities MHC Healthcare's physician staff is board certified and eligible for admissions to the Northwest Regional Medical Center in Tucson Arizona. MHC Healthcare is at the Northeast corner of the intersection. Behavioral Health Services is located in the 'old' courthouse building on the corner of Grier and Sanders at 13549 North Sanders. From the main health center, turn right on Grier and drive approximately one mile to Sanders. |
