Outreach/Eligibility Enrollment Specialist - Outreach
Marana Health Center is recruiting for an Outreach / Eligibility Enrollment Specialist to identify, educate and conduct initial screening for prospective enrollment in appropriate AHCCCS, Tobacco Tax and Sliding Fee Medical Assistance programs. This position also informs patients of available public financed health services, coordinate with human services agencies, update patient files to reflect status of application, use scheduling system, follow up on missed appointments, develop partnership within the community, able to compile, produce and extract data pertinent to position and educate staff on community outreach efforts. Flexible schedule is a must.
This position is located on the TMC campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Associates degree preferred.
•Bilingual (English-Spanish) strongly preferred.
•One to three years experience working in a responsible position with primary emphasis on public contract.
•Strong familiarity with human service agencies servicing low-income and minority populations.
